Hello from our two week retreat in Goa at Purple Valley in India. I love the fun transition from handstand to tittibhasana. If you want to try you need a stable handstand, an easy tittibhasana and a calm mind. Always remember that asana is a meditative tool that brings you deep within yourself. If you find that any posture takes you out of that deep communion then back off and return to the basics of breathing and mental focus. If you get frustrated or angry with yourself it only makes it harder. Just relax and allow what your body and mind to be exactly where they are in a state of total acceptance.
