Hello good people, I need some help again. This pic was taken yesterday. This teeny tiny squeaker(looks big in the picture, but he is very very tiny and feather light) came to my place around two weeks back with his sibling. He was doing well until 5 days back. Since the last 5 days his squeaking has become very weak and so has his activity. His wing flutter is very active tho. He is almost always puffed up. But not much movement. Just sits or stand in a space 24/7. The droppings vary from time to time. Have attached a pic of one of them. The dark blackish part in the poop is actually DARK RED. And it was little sticky slimy. He learnt pecking very few seeds 5 to 6 days back. I can still feel a few of those seeds in his crop after these many days. Once or twice I saw him puking up the seeds. So I feed him very little powered watery food at meal times. Mostly its just glucose water. He straightens up like a penguin and throws up a little after every feed. Anything beyond 7 ml and out it comes. I suspected canker. But there is no foul smell. He is lighter than a sheet of paper. I dont know what to do. I want to feed but it doesnt stay in. I am really perplexed and confused and just dont know what to do. I am really desperate to save this guy. I wish I had something to look inside his body. One more thing, his growth has been really negligible ever since he arrived with his sibling after the rescue. Both of them were being fed the same food, same quantity. The sibling has grown up really well. He is eating a little by himself, flapping a lot, flies very short distances, like from the floor to up onto dining table etc. But this poor guy has not grown even 5 percent in comparison size wise, weight wise and any other way. But he was very healthy and normal until 6 days back. I need help and guidance. Teresa Fontão Terry Whatley Philip Poburka
