Hello guys! Ok, let me explain....Im here to peacefully tell you about a little tome some of you might be interested in, and while Im on the subject (or not) I like the ninja pic. Anyway, this little tome is the true life story of how an obsession with running began to save me from some harmful addictions that had previously reduced me to a point where I couldnt even walk down the road from my front door without having a panic attack. There were months on end during which I couldnt leave my house, but then I eventually managed to walk a little further each day, and one day the resultant passion for long distance walking turned into a full-on obsession with running. There are tales of races from 10k to 100 miles in distance, as well as experiences of being a checkpoint volunteer and sweep runner at races, which taught me the meaning of real endurance when I saw the determination of people at the back of the field.
