I never left ITSM. :-) Im Aidil from Malaysia, Process Consultant for ITSM and ITIL of remarkable local IT service provider, need little advise to determine my next move, I was the management representative during ISO20K implementation project and we certified! At company B, which a subsidiary of Company A. This year we are undergoing major restructuring, all IT Delivery and Operation services that provide for external at company B now move to company A. Company B, left with sales, proposal writers and admin functional area of venture new business. I start with finalizing new org structure and re-baseline the ITSM policy to match Part 1 all clause 4 and subclause that need to match with Company A. Question: 1. Does this moving delivery and operation of IT services from company B to A will revoke ISO20K certification? 2. Certification body has already issued out a notification for surveillance audit in the next 2 months and nothing is finalized for current re-structuring condition. Should I postpone and recommend new dates until we ready? Appreciate all little advice from all the experts here....
