Hello, guys, There are bad news and very bad news. Ill start with the bad news. We have successfully migrated hcv to a new very performant server, that will not crash according to the provider, even under huge load. Unfortunately our database was corrupted during the migration and we could only recover a two days old one. So anyone that created an account and/or made an order before the 23rd July will be OK, the ones who ordered after that day will not be able to see their orders on the shop (we still have all the details in Paypal). Truly sorry. Now for the very bad news: almost all modders are selling their products to hcv as low as they can pricewise. Unfortunately, and after receiving our latest tax invoice, we came to the conclusion that we are loosing a lot of money with this. I know it might look weird for a store selling 200€ attys to lose money, but we can asure you that is the case. Modders have to make a living, and they too pay taxes, so we know they are doing the best they can to help us, and it is of help this is all about. Please understand that for most of them, allowing hcv to get a batch of their bestselling atomizer is a favour they are making us. They dont even produce enough gear to meet their own demand, and could sell their material at a higher price than the one they charge us in a blink of an eye. Basically, they dont need hcv to sell theyr stuff, and they also lose money wen selling gear to us. The best of them are supplying hcv only for the good of this community, and this is an honest to God fact. That needs to be understood. The problem is, me and my brother have a family to feed, and even though we would love to continue the hardcorevapers adventure, we believe we will just have to drop it. We will sell all the gear we have already paid for or ordered (Nahualon, MCR101, Mikrob, Sat22, Mini Jenni, BF-99, etc.), and shut HCV. Please dont PM us asking to put an atty or a mod aside for you. We will not do that. Please, guys, dont hold it against us, and dont be too disappointed. We tried the best we could with the means at our reach, and unfortunately that wasnt enough. This doesnt mean we lost though! It can be done. The modders are willing to help, I am sure, but please, please, please, dont start PMing them. They are already burried in workload and need to finish their current batches so that everyone is happy. When the time comes, I am certain they will come public and try to find a way to help this great community the best they can. As for us, thank you all for the support, this has been one of the best adventures we have ever had. You guys trully are THE BEST and will forever be in our hearts.
