Hello guys, it is my true intention to share positive feelings expressing my joy and happiness or laughing of other persons expense without upsetting him or her. JARRA and NIUMI are one family, one blood one nation. We should all know that joke is a best medicine, and it is true joking relieves tension and stress, elevates mood, enhances creativity and boosts energy. Joking also plays an essential roles in building strong, healthy relationship by bringing people closer together, creating intimacy and resolving conflicts and disagreement. We should learn to use humor and play strengthen the bond between us and help to fix relationship problems. For a stronger bond to each other, our health and happiness depend to a large degree on the quality of our relationships and joke binds people together and smooth over differences, using gentle humor often help us to adress even the most sensitive relationship issues. Playfulness can help joke lighten things up and restores sense of connection. Used skillfully and respectifully, a little lighthearted humor can quickly turn conflict and tension into an opportunity to share fun and intimacy, it allows you to get your point across without getting the other persons defence up or hurting his or her feeling. I apperciated everything from every body, and i love every body in Niumi, i dont mean to hurt no body, it is just that the noise was too much from the Niumikass side but with the power of my creativeness i was able to make them silence. My special apperication goes to uncle Malamin Sonko, big brother Lamin S Demba, my son Habibi Faal and little Ba ousman Jaiteh. I am sure that my jokes will be understood and appericiated? I hope we all aware of the emotional tone of the noneverbal messages you are receiving from me, i am sure you are all giving off positives, warm signal or negative or hostile tone, i am sure we are all sentive to the noneverbal signals the other person is sending?
