Hello ibo\•/ worship team how are you guys? Hope is well. Its been almost 3months and we miss all of you. The time we had together, from devotion, on-going rehearsal, conflict, praying together, the laughter, worshiping together and most of all bringing fame and glory to His Name. ibow I believe is mandate from God and we all responded. I pray that just because we dont lead or rehearse for worship together, that it doesnt stop there. I question myself under my leadership, can they flourish? If they cant flourish, why would they stay planted? I have to ask myself that because its never about self, its a group that has one mindset and that is to bring glory and fame to His Name. I encourage you all whether on or off the stage, church or outside the church, home or outside that we will find our place to live out what He had called us to do. Miles always we can still encourage one another through prayer, text, etc. when you all get a chance read these 25 encouraging words. God bless and we miss yall so very much. I love you all... We lead from a place of personal devotion, humble gratitude, and confident authority. 17. We are a team that lives and breathes faithfulness, with a heart full of gratitude. 18. We are bringers of people, ideas, skill, craft, and talent. 19. We love and value the word and our non-negotiable is personal devotion time. 20. We love Jesus above all else. We speak of Him often and we keep His name on our lips. 21. We know that none of us are good enough without Him it’s His presence that marks us and sets us apart. 22. We recognize that our creativity is a gift from the Creator, for His glory alone. 23. We are aware of the Holy Spirit and lean into what He is doing. 24. We trust God in everything we do. 25. We are a team that is caught in the act of believing God always. My prayer is that these will be useful to you, that they will inspire and challenge you no matter the role or part you play in church life, to be authentic and genuine in your love and pursuit of Jesus Christ.
