Hello its 7.05 pm Monday night and i am in the intensive care unit at Tamworth Base (i still say this is the best icu you ever be in and ive been in a few Royal Melbourne, Royal North Shore, Royal Brisbane, St Vincents to name a few). It all started last night about 11pm where after a 42c day and suspect aircon (it was pretty much 35c plus in my room all day and that night didnt drop below 30c) i asked for an extra blanket because I started to feel cold around midnight then 3 more blankets because I felt I was freezing it was 5am then the team from emergency dept rocked up and after a bunch of tests ordered me to the intensive care unit where i shall remain for a while until they work out where this new staph infection entered the body or whether its never been killed off and never went away but let me tell you kids its not a fun infection and you really feel like crap. Im on two seperate intraveous antibotics ive had all my wounds swabbed and rebound so am feeling somewhat ok although pretty wiped out from the staph and its side affects and the endone/tarjen pain killers theyve got me on so Im flying high and as they and from the movie please dont call me Shirley lol anyway nurses need to do something so back later ;)
