Hello jumia followers, Id like to share with you my miserable unprofessional unsatisfied experience: i bought an iphone 5 16 GB from them lesaa than 6 months ago with a year guarantee which wasnt an offer, it was less than tradeline egypt by 500 EGP and i found a battery defect from day 1 when i contacted jumia a month after i bought it they didnt respond nor cared to solve this issue and the hassle started till i went back to their premises a helplessly in downtown a month ago and stated the issue again referring to their unprofessional correspondences and lack of care, so they advised me to leave my mobile right away and will return it in 5 working days which they didnt nor followed up with me. When i contacted them on the 8th day i found a bigger chaos that they didnt even send the mobile to the supplier till that day so i dropped by their office to end the issue but found them already shipped my mobile and stating loads of nonsense just to wait for another week, after the week AGAIN when I followed up nothing but another week until i contacted CUSTOMER PROTECTION AGENCY which advised me to warn them for the last time to either get me another phone or return my money. When i mailed that to them yesterday as they stated finally that today is the last day( almost month now) to ship back the phone i found them telling me that i have one of two options either to wait for another WEEK and god knows week means forever to them to fix the board which is NOT my damn problem i bought a new defected phone so i should be having a new one in return!!!!!!! Or the other option to pay for another new phone which they KINDLY will discount it to half its price for me, so now i will have to buy one phone with almost twice its price because they are unprofessional, careless, dishonest and deceiving company! So i contacted CUSTOMER PROTECTION AGENCY and they will take charge and will sue them to hell. Incase anyone suffered the same treatment please share everywhere, sothat weve warned all we know from dealing with Jumia! Dear Jumia customer careless please be sure that I wont settle for less than a good make up! #JumiaEgypt
