Hello lovelies. Have you tried my Rescue Remedy yet? It is the time-honoured Bach flower essence formulation, but handmade by me. What with one thing and another I have been using it a bit since Ive been making my own, whereas I never really used to before as I would generally use the singular Homeopathic remedy approach if I was anxious, nervous, stressed out - often Aconite. But I have found the Rescue Remedy really great! It is very calming emotionally and, I have found, that not long after taking the Rescue I have some aha moment realisation as to why I dont need to stress, or about the situation etc etc....just what I personally have noticed. It is really good value - $20.00 for 30mls (most pharmacies selling at $30.00 for 20mls. I am going to release another version of Rescue Remedy - it is called RESCUE SLEEP. This has the usual Bach formulation with the essence of White Chestnut added. White Chestnut is very good for the racing thoughts, mental chatter, persistent worrying that can sometimes cause sleeplessness. I have used this combination at times such as this, and found it very effective. I have heard many other good reports from people who use this.
