Hello lovely yogis! Long-time lurker, first time poster :) who has been finding much inspiration and solace in this group of late even if I havent been brave enough to comment until now. Ive been doing Alis classes on and off for almost a year now - they have been amazing for my depression and anxiety - and am looking forward to buying myself a VIP membership for Xmas :) . I just wanted to say a huge thank you and also share this recipe which I used for my dinner tonight. Very simple but so flavourful! I used basil from our garden which made it feel extra special.
