Hello my Facebook friends. I feel so happy, I just had to share the feeling with all of you! One of the reasons why Im happy is the arrival of fall. Fall arrives with a burst of color. I have always loved to watch the leaves change from green to vibrant oranges, reds, yellows and burnished gold. I spent a portion of the day arranging pots of chrysanthemums in the front yard while enjoying this time of reflection and renewal. Recently I met a kindred spirit who believes that you can always learn something from the worlds many spiritual practices. On that note, Id like to say LShana Tovah to everyone celebrating Rosh Hashanah! May the new year bring happiness and health to all. Love, Alfa
