Hello my friends,THE PHOTO BELOW IS OF MY BRO WHO I LOVE TO THE ENDS OF THE UNIVERSES , mess with him and if he dont get you I will! - - - - I just had an out of it experience that threatened to rock me to the core! and instead received top advice from my sister... A while back someone did me wrong and as yet the issue is unresolved. Anyway I saw a photo today of this other person and instantly I was in kill mode. It is very upsetting to lose yourself to raw negative emotion and I did not want to go down that path so I reached out to a sister and she told me this is what she does to settle herself down... Take 5 things that you Feel See and Hear and count them off from 5 to 4 3 2 and 1... 5 things I see, 5 things I hear, 5 things I feel etc By the time you do that you will be calmer and able to think clearly and not over react,,, Im unhooking myself cutting chords an re-releasing all the anger and hurt I have felt towards this person back into the ether... I refuse to blame myself for his actions any longer! and I also recognize how it was influencing my feelings to my whanau and friends who work the same industry as this person...an industry I love to this day.
