Hello my friends, and welcome to the 1st day of spring... i think. Well it is a sunny, sweet day here in the Island City. Going up to 40 here today. Wow my back is hurting after i worked out this morning benching 325 pounds made it snap i think. Lucy and i still went on a nice walk, but have some ice on my back now. So no Y&R till tonight because of all the hoops games. Nice come back win for both the wolves, and lady Gophers last night. Looks like the twins will have alot better pitching this year, but there hitting needs alot of improvement for sure. So have a great day all, smile, be positive, and always be kind to one another.
