Hello my lovelies! Happy New Year! I hope you all had a lovely and safe time over the holidays and indulged in some good food because at the end of the day, life is about living and we should all take the time to cut ourselves some slack and satisfy those food fantasies ;) HOWEVER! The holiday is over my friends, so its time to kick start the new year and get ourselves on track. Now Im absolutely certain Ive gained a kilo or two since being in NZ because I havent been very disciplined at all. But as of today I am back on track and focussing for my last week in the homeland so I can hit the ground running when I get back to Sydney. Ive fit in a few exercises whilst being away. I did a body pump class with a good friend, smashed a wall down in a friends house, went for a trek on the west coast and used some items around my families house to make a home gym! So even when youre away or out of your routine you can find activities that will just keep you moving and burn some calories! My biggest demon is sugar and prior to coming home I was eating very little of it but being at home Ive managed to slip into some old habits and consumed a fair bit of it if Im being really honest and I contribute that to my feeling of gaining weight. So as of today, no more sugar! Make small changes, find your feet again and smash it out guys! Lets make this new year count for all its worth! Remember. Be focussed, be fearless, be fierce.
