Hello, my name is Sam Rochford. I am a Freshman at Deer Creek High School. I am also a doughboy. For some of you who dont know what a Doughboy is, a doughboy is a volunteer for the Deer Creek High School student council Wonderful Week of Fundraising. WWF is an annual philanthropic week organized by Student Council to raise money and awareness for a local charity. This years charity is Hope Chest OKC. They collect money to buy beds for families that do not have or cannot afford beds. It is the only charity in Oklahoma that performs this service. Hope Chest also delivers bedding, kitchen tables, and chairs as the needs arise. Their website is hopechestokc.org where you can watch a video about them and their cause. As a doughboy, I am trying to raise money through donations, dares, food sales, and more. All donations are tax deductible. If you would like to donate, you can message my mom, Lisa Rochford, to make arrangements to collect the donation. Also, if you have a business and allow me to collect money with a jar on the counter. Please contact me through my mom, so I can bring a container to your business. Lastly, if you need anything done, I will be glad to work for donations.No amount is to small. Thanks for your help.
