The kitchen features a gas range/electric oven and a washing machine. The bedroom is small, but its made up for by the warm and spacious shared living/dining area. I would prefer someone looking for a long term lease and also starting their masters/PhD/postdoc/professional career. The flat is 2 min walking distance to Leiden Centraal, 5 min walking to LUMC, and < 10 min biking to the faculty of science. Rent is 500€ and includes utilities.
