Hello room-seekers, We are offering a large unfurnished room (formerly family room!) for rent in an amazing location - super close to Karrinyup mall, the beach (Northbeach, Trigg, Scarborough), and main roads to get anywhere. WHATS INSIDE? - Fully furnished home - TV/lounge area - Pool - Grassy backyard with a BBQ area (perfect for hosting BBQs and dinner parties!) - Guest room for short-term visitors - Large storage room for any extra belongings (personally we use it for our surfboards, kiteboards, and bikes!) WHO ALREADY LIVES HERE? - A German, An American, and two British. No, this is not the beggining of a joke or anything... ;) All of us are between the ages of 24-35. All of us work or are obtaining a graduate degree. - Some of us are always up for a quick paddle in the surf or a kite session, and wed love to have someone who has similar interests as we are all pretty active, outdoorsy, and adventurous! - An awesome pool and BBQ area leads to mellow BBQs when the weather is nice! - All are very tidy and pitch in with work around the house.
