Hello there fb family and friends, Hope everybody had a good weekend. And for those of you who are putting up with the snow and ice, I hope it soon begins to melt before the old cabin fever sets in. If it hasnt already. I think tomorrow, my new kitty, Miss Meoui Kiki (Maui) will be very upset with me. As most of you know, Dana and I just got her about a month ago and shes never been outside other then when we brought her home. Well, tomorrow she goes to the vet to get her shots. I think she will be ok with the going part except for maybe the confinement of her kitty cage, but she will probably be pretty pissed off on the return trip. She might think that whenever I get her cage its going to end up hurting. Oh boy, wait until she goes back in a few months to get fixed. Then, shes just going to downright hate me. LOL. Its a beautiful 65* here in Tucson, Az. And other than that, lets do some Tidbits, Ok? DID YOU KNOW..... 1) (This is interesting to me simply because I didnt know it until I looked it up). We all know where the name of Coca Cola came from. I do because I worked for them. Its from cocaine being one of the major ingredients of the soft drink. (Remember..... the quicker picker-upper) when first introduced to the public. But do you know how Pepsi got its name? If you said pepsin, you would be correct. 2) Our eyes are always the same size from birth, but our nose and ears never stop growing. 3) The electric chair was invented by a dentist. 4) In ancient Egypt, priests plucked every hair from their bodies, including their eyebrows and eyelashes. And number........... 5) Typewriter, is the longest word that can be made by using the letters only on one row of the keyboard. Go ahead and try. So, I guess this does it until throwback Thursday.
