Hello, this is boyfriend speaking on behalf of my girlfriend.... We are becoming increasingly frustrated by the lack of action or response by your clinic. My girlfriend is in tears almost every night that her voice is damaged and there has been seemingly no effort on your part to get this reversed. We paid a lot of money for this apple shaving with the promise that there would be no effect on the voice. We were told to wait 2 weeks since our visit to the clinic yet this has now passed and we had to spend money for visa extensions. My girlfriend keeps sending messages but your clinic is keeping us in the dark. I really hope that this operation is being organized and that you will contact us. If the waiting continues for much longer, then we will be looking for a full refund of our money. My girlfriend went to your clinic to enhance herself, but stepped out with less.
