Hello, thought some of you may be interested in going to a refugee hosted cooking class! Amnesty Internationals UNSW Campus group and the House of Welcome* will be hosting a hands-on cooking class led by refugees, where you will create recipes from Bangladesh, Iran and Egypt. Three chefs - asylum seekers/refugees from various countries - will share their cuisines and a passionate speaker will share their experiences with us.We will gather in groups of up to 10 to learn and help with the preparation, then we’ll all get together for a delicious dinner.
