Hello to all Katrina-ians! What a great start of the month of Sept! Yesterday, we have congratulate our fellow colleagues who has recently been promoted. Today, we will continue with our letters of compliments.. ;p CONGRATULATIONS to BaliThai-CWP! Email has came in from Ms Ardila who has dined in on 2nd Sept 2014. Lets see what she has wrote abt BT-CWP shall we?? Dear Management, I went to Bali Thai at Causeway Point, yesterday evening (2nd Sept 2014) and was very please with the service.I would like to give my compliments to the service staff who have made my simple dinner a delightful one. I did not get the names of the main 2 service staff. One of them would be a malay lady in scarf who is slightly older. She was very gentle and I love the warmth hospitality she has given. This is not my first time noticing her good service. The other service staff is a chinese girl with spectacles. This is my first time being serve by her but she has acknowledge us with her friendly personality. I must say that I was not very pleasant with Balithai at CWP when it first opened. Lack of service staff I assume with cold dishes has really disappoint me previously. But yesterday has change by impression. Good job Causeway Point Service Staff! :) Kudos To the Team Of Bali Thai CWP, we are proud of you guys! We look forward to more job well done and compliments rolling in for you and your team in the near future.
