Hello to all my loving friends :) I present you my dish- “Beetroot Palak Paratha” “Healthy Veggie Parathan with Aloo Matar Methi Sabji” 1.Beetroot Paratha Ingredients: --1carrot grated --1/2beetroot grated --½ tea spoon roasted cumin powder --1/2 tea spoon kali mirch powder --1/2tea spoon black salt (taste anusar) --1tea spoon desi ghee --1/2bowl coriander leaf chopped --2bowl wheat atta --1bowl makka atta --1cup milk Method: Ab inn sabhi ingredients ko mix krka acha sa guth len, atta guthna ka samay jitna milk ki jaroorat ho use kra, fir 10-15mint. Atta soft hona ke liye rakhen. Ab atta ki ek loi le kar bala Fir usma desi ghee lga kr kisi bhi shape ma paratha ko taiyar kra aur usa garma tava par ghee lga kr parathan ko sak len. Aloo Matar Methi Sabji Ingredients: --5potato chopped --1bowl matar --1bowl methi chopped --1/2 bowl coriander chopped -- black and water salt (taste anusar) --1/2tea spoon haldi --4green chilli chopped --1/2tea spoon adrak paste --1spoon garlic paste --2onion chopped --2tomato pury --1/2tea spoon roasted cumin powder --1/2tea spoon kali mirch powder 1/2tea spoon methi dana --1/2tea spoon ajvaeen --1/2tea spoon hing powder --2spoon coconut grated --2spoon paneer grated --1or 2spoon sarso oil ya refined oil Method: Ab ek kadhai ma sarso ya refined oil daal kr usa garam kra Ab usma methi, ajvayeen, hing dala Ab onion, garlic, ginger, green chilli daal kr usa bhuna Ab aloo, matar, methi daal kr bhuna Uska baad tamato pury aur sara masala daal kr usa mix kra Jab sabji pakna laga toh usma paneer, coconut daal kr mix krka firsa pakayen Jab sabji paak jaya toh usma dhanya patta mix krka 5mint. Fir pakayen Aapki “Aloo Matar Sabji” taiyar h. 4. Paratha ma sauce lga kr sabji ki stuffing kra. Aur garam-garam serve kra. Hope you all like it Thank You :)
