Hello we have a room in our home to rent. The flat is in between Intendente and Graça, swimming pool and supermarket just down the road, metro station Intendente on the green line 5mins walk. Buses and 28 tram stop on each end of the road we live on. The house has two living areas, kitchen, bathroom with bath and every room has a window except the room we use as a wardrobe and storage space. Kitchen has gas stove, toaster, kettke, rice cooker, yogurt machine and all appliances you need. There is 100mb fiber internet connection, TV with English French German Spanish Italian Russian Chinese channels 100+ and a landline with free international calls between 9pm and 6am to certain countries. There is a small balcony at the front and a bigger terrace at the back with a hammock and some edible plants. 7kg washing machine, dehumidifier and some electric heaters. We have a dog called Bela Bartok, shes a very cool dog, and obviously you would have to like animals to live here :) Any questions please PM. Thanks and enjoy Lisbon!
