Hello weekend, weve been waiting 😘. Not a cloud in sight! Soup du Jour; Summer Minestrone (this is health in a bowl using local produce and is vegan to boot!) Local Honey Glazed Carrot & Quinoa Salad; Roasted, honey glazed carrots with soft organic quinoa and crumbled feta on a bed of fresh greens topped with spears of sweet pickled beets & toasted slivered almonds. Served with bakery fresh bread. Muffuletta Panini Sandwich; Goodfella’s unite! Cured spiced deli meat piled on our cheesy meat lovers flatbread, spread with an olive/artichoke/dried tomato tapenade and topped with melted provolone. Served with a mini sprouts salad on the side. Chicken Club Wrap; Roasted whole chicken, sliced & wrapped up with smoky bacon, sliced tomato, cheddar and crisp romaine lettuce wrapped up and toasted in a flour tortilla. Served with fresh basil mayo and our local sprouts salad on the side. Quiche of the Day; Sausage with mozzarella & cheddar or Mushroom & mozzarella. Todays Iced Tea; Cream of Avalon (high grown Ceylon blended with creamy caramel, oil of bergamot and grapefruit)
