Hello, wonderful friends... I went to see Dr. Rentz today and I - TopicsExpress

Hello, wonderful friends... I went to see Dr. Rentz today and I came up with an idea... We all know that Dr. Rentz is the type of person who IS what he has DONE - meaning that he has thrived in his career because he is fully being his genuine self (which explains his incredibly long retirement attempt). Anyway... I know that many of you would like to visit with him, but it is challenging because he has a very busy physical therapy schedule six days per week and that leaves just one day - which is also a day of rest. Its tough to know how to be there when the time is fairly limited. But since we know that our Dr. Rentz is a flaming extrovert, we know that he thrives on human interaction. This is how I came up with the following assignment for anyone who wishes to participate. Please write a reflection paper for Dr. Rentz in which you reflect on how he has made an impact on your life personally and/or professionally. You may submit this confidentially in an envelope so that it would be for his eyes only, but please know that it might be more helpful to have his wife, Martha, read it aloud for him. If you are okay with someone else reading your words aloud, I am planning on visiting him again with my dear friend/co-therapist, Zay, in a week from today. We would like to collect as many as we can within this week, but if you are unable to complete it this week, please dont hesitate to submit it late! Your words will always be accepted! You may put the reflection papers in my box or Zays box at the clinic, give them to either of us personally, or email them to me at [email protected] Thank you, in advance, for helping out with this project. I know a lot of you are already in the throws of the semester... so it can be a lot to ask. I also know that many of you have sent cards and I know for a fact that they have all been appreciated. :) Love, Jamie (and Zay)
