Hello you wonderful crazy people So were already getting asked quite a lot when you can book so heres what we are thinking. Were going to open booking shortly sticking to the idea that people who came to event 4 get to book first (probably for a month or so). After that anyone who has come any west event before can book up until a month before the event and after that any places left is open to anyone. Our thinking is that this will put money into the coffers for us to start buying props and kit for next years games, mainly it can give us a pot to deploy quickly which seems to be how you get the fantastic deals especially when it comes to costume. If any one has any major objections please let us know and well see what we can do for you, also if you are OK with this let us know.
