Hellooo again, we ( Tilman & me) would like to rent our full house in Hallgarten. We need someone to take over the contract. The house is in Hallgarten (Tanusstrasse) and with the car 2 min away from the EBS. With the bus it is like 3 stations so less than 10 minutes, The house has 3 floors and has as a -living room -dinner room -kitchen -really big storage room -2 bathrooms -beerpong/party arch cellar which is pretty awesome. It is for 2-3 people -one big room with a balcony around 35 sq.m. w/o furniture -two rooms (20 sq.m. with furniture: 1,40m bed 2 closets à 1 m, 1 TV DVD player, VIDEO-player, 1 small couch & 15 sq.m. with furniture: 1 desk, 1 bookcase) -one 35 sq.m. room without furniture in the third floor (it´s a droop/Dachschräge) I would like to sell my furniture for 1000€ in the room #2 as I paid 2000€ when I got them. The monthly rent in total is about 981 + additional costs. The rent is comparably pretty low if you live here with three people.
