Helloooooooo. I know Ive made lots of no excuses type posts but the thing is that not always realistic. I still have the goal to get in better shape and I am in improved shape from the day I looked in the mirror not long ago and was grossed out but sometimes life just knocks the wind out of you. Like when a friend dies. I had that happen a few months ago and Im just getting my motivation back. Plus Im learning a new position at work so the last thing I want to do is burn myself out and become unable to get my job done. Regardless of how life goes though I say you need to try to advice your goals the best you can. I may of had the wind knocked it of my sails but that does not mean I gave up on improving my health. I just did my job, got my workout from work and definitely skimmed down a lil bit. So sometimes life is going to give your very valid excuses quit and not go for your goals. Dont let that hold you back though. Adapt and overcome, never allows the storms in your life to drown you. Meet Christmas and a happy New year to everyone. Im starting the year off with a week of p90x, what about you?
