Hellos, heres my picture I took with Sota (please do not share it around). And Ill tell you about my meeting too :) Venue/Waiting: At the venue I was the only foreigner there, and when I entered their manager seemed to have a bit of a mental breakdown and looked worried, probably thinking of how to communicate with me. He asked me if I was ok and I said yes and lined up in Sotas line. Finally waiting outside Sotat room, I could here the members voices from the others room. Behind me was Yudais room and I saw him as the door opened (he patted the fan on the head :) ). I finally entered Sotas room and I was extremely nervous at that point, I prepared what to say before hand there are international fans etc. but after entering the room I forgot everything (Im very sorry). Inside the room: Sota saw me and had the same reaction as the last time I met him, surprised that a foreigner was there. I told him I was really nervous (in Japanese) and he repeated what I said and laughed (in an amusing way). We straight away took the picture and he asked me what pose and so on and then he crouched down to my level (as Im very short) and I teased him to crouch to much its embracing. After the picture he read my name (off a piece of paper) and kept saying it. He signed my thank you card and we just casually talked in a friendly atmosphere. He asked me where I was from, and reacted really happy and amazed when I said New Zealand (as its rare). He then asked me how long I had been studying Japanese, how long Id been in Japan, why I was here etc. The staff in the room then asked me how I found out about Da-iCE as well, and I told Sota how I knew them from Toki and I loved the song. I then told Sota that I had been to a few Da-iCE events in Tokyo and he said thank you and so on and I said I was going to their concert next and he looked like he was trying to memorise it :D. There were a bit of other words said here and there but I honestly cant remember. Lastly he asked me if we speak English in NZ and I said yes so he said Thank you and Bye in English as I was leaving. Honestly he was so nice and laid back, all the members are actually :) It was a really great experience and well worth buying 3 albums, I was more shocked seeing other fans there seeing all members and having 2 photos with them, that means they brought 30 albums!! I hope I get to meet them again in person and relay a message but I was so nervous. Hope you enjoy my little rant and I hope all of you can meet Da-iCE members too in the future.
