Help Bring Computer Science to 10 Million Students December 9-15 is National Computer Science Education Week, and Voices for Innovation is part of a massive effort to bring an “Hour of Code” to 10 million students across the nation. Sign Up for Hour of Code! 90% of U.S. K-12 schools do not teach computer science. Only 5% of U.S. high schools offer Advance Placement (AP) computer science classes. Only 13 states allow computer science to fulfill a math or science requirement for high school graduation. An “Hour of Code” will help expose students to computer science and highlight the need to modernize high school curriculums.
