Help Desk Analyst The successful candidate will respond to end users inquiries concerning problems including service requests, system status, network connectivity and hardware/software issues for all applications and operating systems. The candidate will need to analyze and resolve simple to moderately complex inquires, provide technical support during events as well as other assigned duties. Must be able to handle multiple projects in a timely and efficient manner. A flexible schedule is necessary; two years experience preferred. Competitive salary and benefits.
