Help Desk for the Veterans In ECHS Polyclinics The Army Headquarters through its Directorate of Veterans, has established Help Desks at most of the ECHS polyclinics where dedicated staff will be available with computers directly connected to the Command Headqurters. This is part of the Veterans Grievances Handling Portal. All Army Veterans are welcome to register all kinds of problems with this help desk, who will immediately forward it to the higher authorities for immediate initiation of further action. The problems that may be referred to are not limited to just the pension or the family pension. Veterans may submit all problems connected with their life after retirement,like rehabilitation,land encroachment,ECHS issues, & other issues that may be relevant and the help is needed by the Veteran. The Veterans from the Indian Navy and the Indian Air Force may also approach these help desks. It is expected that once the problems are projected to the higher ups within the Army channels, they will in turn forward these to the concerned officials of the two sister Services. Your Association will approach the Indian Army to issue formal instructions to their Help Desks for entertaining the Veterans of the other two Services.
