Help! I have been back to work full time for 2.5 months, and have produced less and less milk. I am gone 9.5 hours. I work 8.5 hours. I used to produce between 12-14oz in 3 sessions. I am now producing 10-11oz in 3 sessions. My baby seems much more satisfied at my sisters (her daycare) when she gets 14-15oz in that 9.5 hours i am gone. I nurse her 4 times outside of that and 1-2 times at night. I am now pumping 4 times to try to get more milk. its only day 2 and so far same amount of ounces. When will the extra pump session get me more milk? SHould I add formula to her bottles to make them what she seems to be more satisfied with? When I am home with her she has no issues and seems PERFECTLY satisfied! Is it just because she gets milk faster at the bottle? She actually nurses only 5 mins at a time except before bed and naps. But she eats every 2 hours with me. at daycare she is eating every 3. and doesnt seem satisfied with her recently smaller bottles. Baby is 5 months old 100 % percentile for height and 16 lbs for weight so tall and thin. -Anonymous #pumping
