Help! I need to hire someone to periodically care for Stockton during the day when he is not able to go to school. Right now we are in the full swing of legislative efforts to help many children with severe epilepsy, and I have meetings that I cannot miss. I am fortunate to have funding through the state so I am able to pay $10/hour for his care and basic housekeeping tasks. No previous training or certifications are required. What IS required is a love for those who are disabled and a tolerance for the physical difficulties that come with their sweet souls. Stockton has frequent seizures, is tube fed and is not toilet trained, but he spends most of his time playing puzzles and match games. :) I am not able to commit to a specific schedule or even a set number of hours. This would be on a very as-needed basis, so I need someone who is very flexible. If you can think of anyone this would work for, please send them my way! Thanks!
