Help! In spring of 2013 these trees, grass and sprinklers were put in but NO ONE has taken care of it since. We have been calling Hammersmith HOA. They say its not their responsibility. We called the city. They came out that next day and confirmed its not their responsibility but indeed our HOA. Called HOA and emailed them, multiple times, they wont respond. Checked with the town homes across the street, even though it was installed before they were ever here. Its not theirs. They too are frustrated with the irresponsibility and mess and have been calling Hammersmith all summer as well and dont get a response. Now what? Someone is paying for these weeds to be watered. Its been over a year and no one will respond or take care of it.
