Help? Last weeks slow cooked roast beef with veg was extremely rich flavoured. Maybe I put too much of the juices/gravy on the finished meat and that was the over powering flavor? It was so over powering with the sweet potatoe and onions really rich in flavor too (we were sculling our water!) It was a 1.2kg on for 10 hours low, falling apart which was beautiful. My question is... should I risk my 2kg roast pork in the sc orrr back to the dry oven :(
