Help Me ... Cheryl Foster ... and anyone else who knows this ... I suck at making hardboiled eggs ... not kidding. Two weeks ago I had to throw away 2 dozen eggs; I could NOT peel them and my nervous system just couldnt take it anymore. I had 1 1/2 dozen yokes (all the white in the trash with the shell) and finally just chucked the whole thing. I read on-line that the secret is putting them into the water AFTER it is boiling. Okay ... last week ... did that. Oh my Zeus ... wonderful. Perfect. But just now? Tried it again. 1/3 of the eggs cracked when I put them in the water. What is the secret I am missing???? Anyone know?????? I will be so thankful for help.
