States whose funding is in jeopardy are listed at top. On the new page, click on California and select Diane Feinstein’s contact form to the right, and enter your name, etc. This would fall under topic choice Civil Liberties/Rights or Human Services/Welfare. Paste email, replace text with your own information at the end, and send.
