Help Wanted: Looking for a part-time property inspector for my home inspection business. This will be an Independent Contractor Position which means you will receive a 1099 at the end of the year. I am looking for someone 5-6 hours per day Monday through Friday or a little more/less as work volumes increase and decrease. Hours are flexible, but typically 9am-1 or 2pm ish during the week. Would be great for a retired person or college student with flexible schedule. I have a contract with a few major insurance carriers in the Midwest. The main one is American Family. We go around looking at already insured property and take pictures and record measurements and we send that info back into the insurance companies. I will train the new inspector in about a week and then you will be on your own with me available via phone and occasionally in person to help if needed. You must have the following to be considered: No criminal record including misdemeanors and felonies no exceptions. Pass an initial an random drug test no exceptions. Be clean cut with no visible tats. Have a clean driving record with a full drivers license no hardship licenses or anything like that no exceptions. Be professional and on time. If you dont want to work, dont contact me. Cell phone with GPS capabilities. I would really like someone familiar with general construction/houses etc... This is the easiest job you will ever have. I will provide you with a vehicle, camera, computer, and all additional tools to complete the job. Im looking to start someone at $10.00 per hour and we will go from there.
