Help a Mom Out: She writes: My daughter was just diagnosed with bipolar, anxiety disorder, and aspergers. We have suspected for years but only recently have an official diagnosis. Can you ask your followers what sort of strategies they feel work best for older kiddos (19). The bi Polar is being managed with medications and therapy but the anxiety is tough. She is also hopefully leaving for school this Thursday. We tried this last semester and it didnt work as planned so we are trying again. She is excited but we are a wreck. Thank you for any help!
