Help & advice please. 1.182 kg beef topside in a 5L slow cooker. What do I do? I dont have my manual anymore. I dont want to add any veggies or packet bases, just the roast & maybe some herbs, water or oil. Whats the process please? Ive dismissed using my slow cooker in the past because whenever Ive used it, the meat turns out dry & any times Ive used those packet slow cooker recipe bases, we all think they taste horrible.
