Help for the annivarsary tournament!! To those of you who could not make the meeting we had about help for the anniversary tournament, here is a recap of the things we need help with. Some have already signed up for some of the things on the list, but more people can sign up for the same and help each other out. The list of things: checking out if we can sell beer on the pitch - talk to the stadium about this. (Iggy) Extra toilets (Rasmus Bong) Tents (Jørgen) Music on the pitch Dinner and party places in the city for friday and saturday (Rune) Breakfast saturday and sunday - talk to a baker A safty net to put up on one side of the clubhouse facing the pitch (Sandby) Tabels and benches (Chris) Sercurity (Jens) Power and cables - talk with stadium (Martin Rasmussen) This is just some of the things we need to look into, more things will come later on. But if you want to help out with any of these things, let us know.. The club needs all the help it can get!!
