Help please. I am concerned about the growing global population. I want an equitable future with the needs of all being met by frugal and fair sharing of resources, and I also want the worlds population to stabilise at as low a peak as possible. I want this population objective to be met by debate leading to cultural change in societies worldwide, such that many choose to have fewer children or none at all, combined with good healthcare including freely available family planning resources. However, I saw a thread on here a couple of nights ago where some GL fb group members seemed to liken concerns (like mine) over human numbers as a right-wing authoritarian diversion from radical action which would benefit all people and wildlife too. Can anyone argue that convincingly?
