Help please!!!..... Now...for some bad news... This adorable lovable dog was very naughty today and received a poor report at daycare when I went to pick him up. This is the first time he has ever received anything other than good reports (or reports of frisky behavior with his girlfriends) and Im not sure what to make of it, so Sammy friends, I need your help please! What did he do, you ask? Well, apparently he and three other dogs got into a pack mentality and ganged up on another dog (who Im told the dogs just dont seem to like for some reason), and Finley was being aggressive and barking and even nipping at the poor dogs back. In fact, he and another dog ended up in muzzles for the rest of the day. Finley usually plays with most all the dogs, has been going there FT since he was 5 months old (its a great daycare) and hes 9-1/2 months old, not neutered. Finley frequents parks with me, encounters many dogs, and has never shown this nippy side (though he can get barky). The daycare said once the muzzle was on, he was fine. Since coming home, its as though he knows he was naughty, and Ive told him Im disappointed in him. In this picture, he is cocking his head as I tell him and now hes being extra affectionate with me, climbing on the couch with me, something he rarely does. What do you think??? Please be patient with my responses as it may take me awhile, but I will read everything. Thank you so much for your help and feedback!
