Help please. We are moving to a new house. There is a small yard with a little grass, and an already built in dog run with small little pea pebbles. We have my brothers stuff (children toys and playground) in the small grassy side, so the dogs are over in the dog run area. How do I get them used to going in rocks when all they have ever had was grass? Pea pebbles are good for her little feet right? We are renting, so cant plant grass in the dog run, and Im sure shes looking out in the yard like pleaseeee let me go in the grass mom! I think she may have a grass allergy, so it will be good for her to not be rolling in it. Also, aside from leaving her siblings, Gypsy has never moved. She has been to friends houses, but is TERRIFIED of our new house. We move in officially Sunday, but having been trying to get a good amount over there before our mover comes. Its all tile downstairs which is a big change, and obviously a different setup. How and what can I do to make the move easier on her?
