Help requested: I have spent the last 6 weeks shifting my eating habits and am working very hard on eating healthy. Ive cut down on carbs and lowered my sugar in take and Ive been happy to lose nearly 10 pounds in doing so. BUT, Im losing enthusiasm because Im lacking in GOOD, EASY and FAST recipes that I can use for my entire household. My kids eat salmon, fish, beef, chicken etc... but Im getting a bit tired of my teriyaki salmon baked chicken recipes. So, if you have a recipe that you think fits my needs and you would like to share, please post or inbox me. Ive been scanning the internet for recipes but since you never really know.... I thought Id do a shout out. I really want healthy recipes. Nothing with creams and such. Low carb, low fat, lots of veggies. Im also interested in knowing what your favorite spices are when roasting vegetables. I roast a lot of cauliflower, zucchini, squash, sweet onions, beets, etc.. but would welcome new ideas. I love eggplant, but cannot seem to make it right and Im thinking Im hopeless in this area. Last time I asked this on FB about zucchini, I got a ton of great suggestions and now I make zucchini at least once a week. Of my 324 friends, Im sure there are many of you who with great recipes to share and some good suggestions on how to keep my momentum moving. Thank you!
