The Big Sur Health Center is participating in Tickets for Charity, a pilot program of the Monterey Peninsula Foundation, in conjunction with the 2013 Nature Valley First Tee Open at Pebble Beach! The Facts: Who: Monterey Peninsula Foundation, host of the 2013 Nature Valley First Tee Open at Pebble Beach, and local nonprofit organizations. All organizations must be registered 501c3 public charities (non-private foundations) with the U.S. Internal Revenue Service. What: A pilot fundraising program coordinated by the Monterey Peninsula Foundation, Tickets for Charity is open to Birdies for Charity participants. Why: To support local charities through the Nature Valley First Tee Open, and to help strengthen community knowledge of the connection between the Monterey Peninsula Foundation and this golf tournament. A Step-By-Step Guide for Ticket Purchasers •Step 1: Go to thefirstteeopen, and then click on Buy Tickets (at top right-hand) •Step 2: Scroll down to the Weekly $35 option, and click Buy Now •Step 3: Click on The Nature Valley First Tee Open at Pebble Beach or Buy Tix •Step 4: Type quantity of tickets to be purchased, and then click Add To Cart •Step 5: Select delivery method, then click Checkout ◦Fee for e-ticket is $1.50 ◦Fee for mailed ticket is $7.00 •Step 6: Type in email address, select No, I am a new customer, then click Continue •Step 7: Fill out information and click Continue •Step 8: Enter Promotion Code BSHC, click Apply.* A box confirming the code will appear. Remember to add our promotion code! BSHC •Step 9: Enter payment information, and then click Complete Order. The customer will have five minutes to complete information before the website times out. *Entering the promotion code is the most important part of tracking the number of tickets sold per charity.
