Help support this mama!!! Mommy Story... Having a hard time staying motivated to keep breast feeding my daughter. My first I breastfed until she was 4 months. My second is 2 months and I am having a hard time with staying motivated and remembering the reasons why this is best and why I do it. I have been back to work for 3 weeks now and I am starting to get lazy and not pump as much and I am slowing down my milk production. I have been using some formula but I need to make sure I keep up with breast feeding! Can you ladies share some encouragement to boost me up? I know this is best but is very hard for the working mom. Maybe if I read some good reasons why breast milk is best and some support it will give me the strength to keep on going. Thanks!
