I recommend not to use any kind of mosquito repellent on plastic or glass at any time. I have seen mosquito repellent destroy a pair of $200 Sunglasses didnt matter what they are made of, it could be plastic lens or glass it will give them permanent fog that dont come off and the same thing with your headlights on your car. The car manufacturers use glass with a plastic coating. This is what happens to your Headlights they discolor because it loses its UV protection coating make them start to turn foggy or even yellow and looks unrepairable but this trick can save you a few dollars if youre looking to get rid of your car or you do not have the money for headlights this tip can help you out. DO NOT use this Tip if your car has new headlights just use Windex to clean headlights.. Rain X is a good protective to put on new car headlights this can help protect the U V coating.. Now if you dont believe me go ahead and use the mosquito repellent on your lenses and then watch after few days what happened so if youre just like one of those people that believe that you can charge your iPhone in a microwave all the power to you go ahead and do it. I always could use a good laugh.. if its on the Internet it has to be true.. YA RIGHT!
